About the Opportunity
Applications are invited for a paid internship at the Office of Adv. Aditya Giri for the months of November and December 2025. This internship offers practical exposure to litigation practice before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, and Tribunals across the country.

Role Overview
Interns will gain first-hand experience in litigation and court procedure while assisting in the preparation of cases and proceedings at multiple forums.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth legal research

Draft legal documents, applications, and pleadings

Assist in case preparation and court hearings

Review and analyze case laws and statutory provisions
Eligibility Criteria

Law students: 4th year onwards (5-year course) or 2nd year onwards (3-year course)

Strong research and writing skills

Keen interest in litigation and court practice

Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment
