Key Areas of Work:
• Corporate transactions, structuring, and documentation
• Legal due diligence and compliance advisory
• Drafting commercial contracts, term sheets, and resolutions
• Litigation research and drafting (District Courts & High Courts)
• Regulatory research (SEBI, Companies Act, allied laws)
• Startup advisory and IP-related work
• Client interaction and operational support
• Maintaining matter files, trackers, and research notes
Eligibility & Preference:
• Penultimate or final-year law students
• Strong interest in corporate law
• Excellent research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Ability to handle real workloads with ownership
• Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad
