Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting in matters under Section 138 of the NI Act
• Supporting Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) litigation work
• Assisting in trademark and copyright prosecution
• Working on corporate compliance tasks
• Supporting civil and commercial litigation matters
• Attending court visits
Eligibility & Preference:
• Law students based in Delhi
• Interest in litigation and IP law
• Willingness to engage in court-related work
• Strong research and drafting skills
