Zepto, a leading quick commerce platform in India, is inviting applications for the position of Legal Intern – Contracts in its Bangalore office. The internship offers hands-on exposure to legal challenges in the consumer tech and e-commerce sector, providing valuable experience at the intersection of law, business, and technology.
Eligibility:

Currently pursuing LLB (7th semester or above) from a recognized institution.

Strong academic record with excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.

Interest in technology, e-commerce, and contract law.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research on topics such as e-commerce regulations, data privacy, and IP laws.

Assist in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, terms of service, and other contracts.

Support compliance, due diligence, and intellectual property-related matters.

Maintain and organize legal documentation for the team.
