Our practice involves advising clients on data protection (DPDPA), SEBI regulatory frameworks, and governance issues impacting the tech and wealth management sectors.
Scope of Work
• Legal research and drafting for regulatory updates and publications
• Assisting with The KAVA Digest and internal knowledge initiatives
• Transactional support on corporate and regulatory matters
• Ideation and writing on recent legal and policy developments
Who Should Apply
• Students interested in corporate law, financial regulation, and tech policy
• Strong research and writing skills
• Attention to technical accuracy and detail
Internship Details
• Duration: 2–3 months (preferred) or 1 month
