Mace Corporate Associates is inviting applications for the position of Intern – Intellectual Property Team. This is an on-site, paid internship offering hands-on exposure to trademark prosecution, litigation support, and allied IP work.

Mace Corporate Associates is a specialized law firm practicing in Drugs & Cosmetics Law, Nutraceuticals, Drug Pricing, and allied regulatory laws. The firm also advises on Trademark filing and litigation, Patent FTO clearances, and provides end-to-end support in the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
Eligibility & Requirements
Applicants must be final-year law students or recent graduates and should possess:
• A strong interest in Intellectual Property Rights
• In-depth knowledge of trademark searches and drafting trademark opinions
• Working knowledge of trademark filings, prosecution, oppositions, and renewals
• Experience in drafting and handling contentious and non-contentious trademark documents, including:
– Replies to Examination Reports
– Notices of Opposition
– Counter Statements
– Cancellation and Rectification petitions
– Evidence Affidavits
• Experience in drafting legal notices and replies
• Familiarity with e-legal portals (mandatory)
• Knowledge of AI applications (added advantage)
