Work Exposure
Interns will assist with:
• Court assistance before National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and District forums
• Case law research and preparation of detailed case briefs
• Drafting applications, notes, and legal summaries
• IBBI compliances and CIRP documentation
• General insolvency and restructuring advisory work
