Clergy and Wisemen LLP is inviting applications for two internship positions with its Dispute Resolution Team at the Delhi office, for immediate joining.
This opportunity is suited for students who are serious about litigation practice and are comfortable with the pace and discipline that dispute work demands. If drafting pleadings, tracking precedents, and responding to urgent developments are part of how you want to train, this role offers direct exposure.
Eligibility Criteria
• 4th or 5th year law students
• Demonstrated interest in civil and commercial litigation
• Prior internship experience in civil or commercial litigation, including consumer disputes, preferred
Nature of Work
Interns will assist in:
• Drafting pleadings and procedural applications
• Legal research and case law analysis
• Preparing briefs and supporting documentation
• Assisting the team on active civil and commercial disputes
The role requires precision, responsiveness, and the ability to work within timelines that litigation practice often demands.
