Eligibility: Final Year Law Students (Corporate Law exposure mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
• Contract drafting and review support
• Corporate legal research and compliance work
• Assistance in corporate advisory matters
• Legal documentation and due diligence support
Requirements
• Final year LL.B., B.A. LL.B., or B.B.A. LL.B. students
• Prior internship experience in Corporate Law (mandatory)
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Demonstrated interest in corporate advisory and commercial matters
