Roles & Responsibilities

Assisting in ROC filings and compliances.

Supporting due diligence and secretarial audit.

Assisting in listed company compliance requirements.

Working closely with the Corporate Governance team.
Location & Stipend

Location: New Friends Colony, New Delhi (Hybrid work model).

Stipend: ₹20,000 per month.
