About the Opportunity
The Office of Hon’ble Mr. Justice M. M. Sundresh, Judge, Supreme Court of India, is inviting applications for Judicial Internships for the months of January and February 2026. This internship offers law students a valuable opportunity to gain exposure to judicial functioning at the highest court of the country and to engage in rigorous legal research and brief preparation.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be:

Students in the fourth or final year of a 5-year B.A. LL.B. (or equivalent) program, or

Students in the final year of a 3-year LL.B. program.

Selection Process

Applications will be shortlisted on merit

Shortlisted candidates will be required to undertake a typed brief-making exercise

Final selection will be based on overall merit and performance

Selected candidates will be informed approximately two weeks prior to the commencement of the internship
