YCM (Your Conflict Manager) is India’s first organization dedicated to building life skills and offering end-to-end services in dispute prevention and resolution. About the Opportunity

YCM is looking for long-term interns to join its dynamic team and work closely with the core members. This internship offers exceptional exposure, including:

Visibility and networking with international and national leaders in mediation and dispute resolution.
Opportunities to collaborate with top-tier firms, universities, and professionals across the globe.

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist the team with daily operations.
Help establish YCM chapters and collaborations in India and abroad.
Contribute to training programs and perform impact analysis.
Coordinate with national and international stakeholders, including experts and institutions.
Conduct one-on-one interviews with dispute resolution professionals for publication.
Research on mediation and dispute prevention for blog/social media content.
Participate in and help conduct training programs and role-play sessions.
Manage trainee/intern registrations and assignments.
Support organization of events across educational institutions.
Conduct mock mediations for YCM’s YouTube channel.
Develop social media content and strategy, including ideation and scheduling.
Participate in team brainstorming to design collaborations and growth strategies.

Experience & Qualifications

Open to students from any field of study.
Experience in mediation, negotiation, or dispute resolution (preferred, not mandatory).
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
High attention to detail and excellent time management.
Proactive, creative, and solution-oriented mindset.

Who Can Apply

Passionate individuals eager to develop an entrepreneurial mindset and learn from industry mentors.
Part-time: 10 hours/week for minimum 4 months.
Full-time: 20–24 hours/week for minimum 4 months.
