About the Organisation
Advocate Prithvi Aringale is an independent practitioner arguing matters across multiple forums including the Bombay High Court, DRT, RERA, Consumer Forums, and the City Civil & Sessions Court. The internship offers direct exposure to courtroom practice, client interaction, research, drafting, and case preparation, making it an excellent opportunity for students seeking hands-on litigation experience.
Eligibility
Candidates must be:

Current law students or recent graduates

Strong in legal research and writing

Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive

Interested in civil litigation, commercial matters, contracts, arbitration, DRT litigation, and related practice areas
Roles and Responsibilities
Selected interns will be expected to:

Assist with legal research, drafting, and preparation of case documents

Support case preparation across various courts and tribunals

Attend meetings or hearings, as assigned

Work closely with the Advocate on ongoing matters and client work
