Thada & Associates is inviting applications from law students for a one-month remote internship for December 2025. This programme is designed for students who are keen to build strong foundational skills in Intellectual Property Rights and wish to gain structured exposure to practical IP work.
The firm is offering fifteen internship positions, providing students with the chance to engage meaningfully with live matters and learn directly from experienced professionals.
Internship Responsibilities
• Assisting senior associates in ongoing assignments
• Drafting documents relating to trademarks, copyrights and other IP matters
• Conducting research on IP law and business law issues
• Preparing well-structured articles and research pieces on contemporary IP topics
Learning Outcomes
Interns will receive sustained mentorship throughout the programme. The founder will conduct daily learning sessions to strengthen conceptual understanding of IP law, its practical application, and strategic considerations involved in IP practice. This internship aims to equip students with a blend of theoretical clarity and real-world awareness of how IP disputes and filings are handled.
