Roles and Responsibilities
Interns will assist in diverse legal domains including:

Corporate Law & FEMA
-
Real Estate Law (RERA) – Including appearances before RERA Authority & Appellate Tribunal
-
Negotiable Instruments Act – Section 138 cases and recovery proceedings
-
Intellectual Property – Primarily Trademark filing
-
Litigation Work – In Consumer Court, Debt Recovery Tribunal, District Courts, High Court, and NCLT
-
Drafting – Commercial, Corporate, and Vendor Contracts
Eligibility Criteria

Strong legal drafting abilities

Good legal research and analytical skills

Proactive and detail-oriented mindset

Eagerness to learn and contribute in a professional setting
