About the Organisation
Sai Sukh Hari Foundation is a non-profit organisation committed to uplifting underprivileged communities through initiatives in health, education and social development. The organisation has undertaken several welfare projects over the years, impacting lives through sustained community engagement. The internship offers an opportunity to contribute directly to these initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in social entrepreneurship and fundraising.
Eligibility
This internship is open to individuals who:
• Are passionate about community development and social welfare
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Are proactive, creative and capable of working independently
• Can commit to a one-month internship in a work-from-home format
There is no specific academic requirement, making it suitable for students or recent graduates interested in social sector work.
Roles and Responsibilities
Interns will be expected to:
• Research and identify potential donors
• Reach out to donors through digital and traditional communication channels
• Plan and execute effective fundraising initiatives
• Maintain and update donor databases and records
• Organise donation drives, campaigns and events
• Contribute to monthly tasks such as raising donations, plantation drives and feeding stray animals
• Collaborate with the team to achieve fundraising and outreach goals
