Eligibility

Strong interest in entrepreneurship, startups, and venture building.

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to diverse tasks.

Excellent communication, empathy, and self-awareness skills.

No prior work experience is required — beginners are welcome.

Backgrounds in marketing, PR, business psychology, or coaching are a plus, but not mandatory.
Roles and Responsibilities

Launch and maintain PR and marketing campaigns to promote Reapra’s brand in Indonesia.

Assist in founder sourcing and community-building initiatives.

Organise events and meetings involving potential founders and partners.

Develop and execute new systems and frameworks to support venture-building activities.

Independently manage projects and contribute across multiple functions, including marketing and administration.
Internship Details
