About the Internship
Quant LegalTech is expanding its compliance and legal vertical and is offering an Assessment Internship for law students and recent graduates interested in compliance, regulatory frameworks, and legal technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing and assessing legal and regulatory documents.
- Assisting in legal research and analysis.
- Supporting live projects across regulated sectors such as NBFCs, manufacturing units, and other corporate entities.
- Interpreting regulatory guidelines and contributing to internal compliance checklists and trackers.
Eligibility Criteria
- Law students currently pursuing a 5-year or 3-year LL.B. program.
- Strong interest in financial regulation, compliance laws, and corporate governance.
- Exposure to SEBI, RBI, or other regulatory frameworks (academic or internship-based).
- Strong research and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to interpret regulatory guidelines and contribute to compliance processes.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment.
