About the Organisation:
The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) is an intergovernmental organisation that works to shape policies promoting economic growth, social well-being, and sustainable development across its member countries. The International Investment Governance Unit within the OECD Investment Division (Directorate for Financial and Enterprise Affairs) focuses on the intersection of international investment, national security, and public policy.

Eligibility:
The internship is open to students currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD programme in law, international relations, economics, or related disciplines. Applicants should have strong analytical and research skills, fluency in English, and an interest in international investment law or governance.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Selected interns will assist the Unit in research and analysis related to investment treaties, investment policies, and national security safeguards. The role may also involve preparing policy briefs, contributing to comparative legal research, and supporting ongoing OECD publications and events.
