About the Opportunity:
Meta Law is inviting applications for an online internship with its Corporate Team for November 2025. The internship offers a hands-on learning experience in corporate advisory, contract drafting, and commercial transactions, under the guidance of experienced practitioners in business and IP law.
Eligibility:

Open to 4th and 5th-year (penultimate and final year) law students.

Prior exposure to corporate or general corporate work is essential.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in drafting, summarising, proofing, and reviewing agreements.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist the corporate team in reviewing, proofreading, and drafting agreements.

Conduct legal research and prepare summaries or internal notes.

Support ongoing client advisory and business documentation processes.
