About Law CPM
Law CPM is the independent practice of Advocate Prashant Mishra, who brings nearly 20 years of experience in litigation and arbitration. Before founding his own practice in 2023, he served as a Partner at Luthra & Luthra Law Offices in the litigation and arbitration group.
Eligibility
Law students who possess:
- A strong understanding of core legal subjects
- Good legal writing and analytical abilities
- Attention to detail and knowledge of court procedures
- A keen interest in litigation
- Comfort using digital tools for legal research and drafting
Internship Roles
(a) Litigation Interns (2 positions, onsite)
Responsibilities include:
- Drafting petitions independently
- Assisting with court filings and procedural tasks
- Preparing list of dates and detailed briefing notes
- Conducting case law research and analysis
- Managing assigned case files and staying updated on developments
(b) Research Assistants (2 positions – onsite or remote)
Responsibilities include:
- Research in arbitration law and related areas
- Preparing briefing papers and explanatory notes
- Summarising relevant case law
- Contributing to legal writing and analytical documentation
Location
Defence Colony, New Delhi
Duration
Minimum 4 weeks (with a possibility of extension based on performance)
Stipend
There is no fixed stipend amount. Compensation will be provided based on the intern’s contribution and quality of work.
