Key Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research on intellectual property and commercial laws using platforms like SCC and Manupatra.
- Assisting in drafting legal documents such as trademark oppositions, commercial suits, writ petitions, and responses to office actions.
- Supporting the team in IP filings, litigation matters, and court proceedings.
- Attending hearings and client meetings to gain practical exposure.
- Managing case files, compliance tracking, and deadline coordination.
