Assessment Internship for Law Graduates (Immediate Joining)
We at Jain & Partners are inviting applications for the position of Assessment Intern for candidates who have completed BA.LLB, on an immediate basis.
PRACTICE AREA:
Corporate Legal & Secretarial Work including:
1. Drafting of resolutions, minutes, and notices;
2. FEMA compliances, NCLT matters
Preparation and filing of various ROC forms
3. Vetting of legal and commercial documents.
ELIGIBILITY:
Fresh Law Graduates (BA.LLB) with a keen interest in corporate secretarial practice.
2024/ 2025 law graduates are eligible to apply.
STIPEND: ₹5,000 per month
LOCATION: Jain & Partners, 1001, Vikrant Tower, Rajender Place, New Delhi-110008
JOINING DATE: Immediate
