About:
IN-SPACe invites applications for its internship programme with Indian Space Non-Government Entities (NGE’s), open to all IN-SPACe Model Rocketry and CANSAT India Student Competition teams. This programme offers hands-on exposure to India’s private space ecosystem, enabling students to work directly with space startups and industries, and gain practical experience in real-world space projects.
Eligibility:

Students participating in IN-SPACe Model Rocketry or CANSAT India competitions

Interest in space technology, aerospace, and innovation

Eager to gain practical, hands-on experience in the private space sector
Roles and Responsibilities:

Engage with Indian space startups and industries on real projects

Apply theoretical knowledge to practical space technology tasks

Collaborate with teams to support innovation and development in India’s private space sector

Contribute to advancing India’s vision of becoming a global space leader
Note to the Institution:
- Filling up these details by your organization doesn’t create an obligation to the Indian Space Industries to offer internship
- Each College can request a maximum of 3 Indian Space Industries for student internship
- College should inform IN-SPACe about the absorption of students for internship by the Indian Space Industries
- Opportunities are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so the list shown may not reflect current availability
- Letter from Head of the Institution/Department/Dean on Students requesting for internship is mandatory without which your request will not be considered. ( Download Format )
