About the Internship
GGC Legal is inviting applications for internships in its Indirect Tax Practice. If you’re a law student intrigued by GST, customs, excise laws, and indirect tax litigation, this is your chance to work alongside an experienced legal team that handles complex and high-stakes tax matters. Eligibility

Open to law students with a strong interest in indirect taxation, particularly GST, excise, customs, and related litigation

Ideal for students who are passionate about case law research, drafting, and legal strategy

No specific year of study is mentioned, but a demonstrated interest in tax law will be a plus
Responsibilities
Interns will:

Work on live GST appeals, Show Cause Notice (SCN) replies, and tribunal hearing preparations
-
Assist in legal drafting, litigation research, and case briefings

Gain exposure to client advisory, regulatory compliance disputes, and policy-level tax issues
Location

The internship is in-office and will take place at Chembur, Mumbai
Duration

Internship slots are available between June and August 2025
