About the Internship
We are inviting applications from law students for a full-time, in-office internship at our Jaipur office. This internship offers a hands-on learning opportunity in core legal areas—especially IP law—with exposure to real-world legal matters and mentorship from experienced legal professionals.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Legal Research: On Intellectual Property Rights, civil, and commercial laws
- Drafting: Legal notices, petitions, applications, replies, and affidavits
- Case Law Analysis: Researching precedents, summarizing judgments, and assisting in litigation strategy
- Client and Case Support: Assisting senior lawyers in ongoing cases
Eligibility Criteria
- Education:
- Currently pursuing a 5-year integrated LL.B. program
- Must be in 4th or 5th year of study
- Knowledge & Interest:
- Basic understanding or prior experience in IP Law
- Interest in civil and commercial law
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Legal research proficiency and attention to detail
- Teamwork and professional initiative
- Other Requirements:
- Must be available for full-time (in-office) internship
- Willingness to relocate to Jaipur, if not already based there
- Minimum duration: 4 weeks or more
