About the Internship
Curare Legal is inviting applications for a 3-month legal internship starting in March 2025. This is a great opportunity for law students to gain practical exposure in legal research, drafting, and corporate legal matters.
Eligibility Criteria
✔️ Law students in 3rd year or beyond of a 5-year integrated law course.
✔️ Strong research and analytical skills.
✔️ Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
✔️ Excellent communication, organizational, and research abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Legal Research & Drafting
- Conduct in-depth legal research and draft legal documents, case summaries, and agreements.
- Assist in reviewing contracts and drafting representations.
- Provide comprehensive legal analysis on various topics.
Collaboration & Case Work
- Work alongside the legal team on ongoing legal projects.
- Contribute to legal content creation and refine legal documents.
- Support with administrative and research tasks related to corporate law matters.
