This internship provides a valuable chance to work under the guidance of Advocate Pankaj Rishi Krishnan, a seasoned legal professional with expertise in criminal and civil litigation, POCSO cases, divorce law, and women & child rights.
About Advocate Pankaj Rishi Krishnan
Advocate Krishnan is a respected legal practitioner with the right to appear before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Punjab & Haryana High Court, NCDRC, and AFT. He is also a faculty member at UnAcademy and Sambhav+ Judiciary, specializing in criminal and constitutional law.
Internship Details
– Duration: March & April 2025
– Mode: Hybrid (Both Physical & Virtual)
– Positions Available: 3 Interns
– Eligibility: Law students from recognized universities (3rd, 4th, or 5th year of a 5-year course or 2nd/3rd year of a 3-year course) approved by the UGC & Bar Council of India.
Roles & Responsibilities
– Assist in various court-related tasks
– Conduct legal research and draft content
– Prepare petitions and case notes
– Participate in case discussions and briefings
– Engage in moot court competitions (certificates provided for winners)
