About:
Adv. Omkar Pardeshi & Associates is inviting applications for its Consumer Protection Act Internship Program. The internship is designed to provide law students with hands-on experience in consumer law, including exposure to drafting, case management, and court proceedings. Interns will work directly under the guidance of experienced advocates and gain practical understanding of litigation processes.
Eligibility:

Open to law students with a keen interest in consumer law and litigation.

Candidates must have access to a personal vehicle, as the internship requires court visits at least 7 days per month.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist in drafting consumer complaints, affidavits, and other legal documents.

Accompany advocates to consumer courts for hearings and case updates.

Conduct legal research on consumer rights, precedents, and procedural matters.

Participate in client meetings and learn the nuances of case preparation.
