We are inviting applications from motivated final-year law students from the 2021–2026 batch for the position of Assessment Intern. This on-site role at our Noida office is designed to provide immersive, practical exposure to corporate legal work within a structured and professional environment.
The internship offers a unique opportunity to understand the legal operations of a large organisation while working closely with experienced professionals across the legal and compliance functions.
What You Will Learn and Contribute To

Contract lifecycle management, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and supporting closure of commercial agreements.

Labour law work, including compliance processes, advisory notes, and exposure to statutory requirements applicable across industries.

A wide spectrum of legal tasks incidental to business operations, ranging from due diligence support to policy review, legal research, and cross-functional coordination.
This role is well-suited for students who are committed, detail-oriented, and eager to gain hands-on experience in corporate legal practice. The internship will allow you to build strong foundational skills and understand real-time business and legal dynamics.
