About the Opportunity
The ACE (Action for Climate Empowerment) Team at UN Climate Change (UNFCCC Secretariat) is inviting applications for internships in 2026. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on ACE, children, and youth-related initiatives, contributing to global climate action within the United Nations system.
About the Role
Selected interns will support the ACE team in:

Assisting with Action for Climate Empowerment (ACE) activities

Supporting children and youth engagement initiatives under the UNFCCC

Research, documentation, and coordination support for climate-related programmes

Contributing to outreach, communication, and project implementation
This role provides meaningful exposure to international climate governance and UN processes.

Eligibility & Skills

Students or recent graduates with an interest in climate change, youth engagement, education, or international policy
