INDIALAW LLP is inviting applications from driven and detail-oriented law students from the 2027 batch to join the Banking & Finance Team as Assessment Interns. This opportunity offers hands-on exposure to high-value financing transactions, regulatory advisory work, and corporate banking matters.
Who Should Apply?
• Law students (5-year / 3-year LL.B.) graduating in 2027
• Prior internship experience in Banking & Finance or Corporate Law preferred
• Strong research and drafting skills
• Immediate joiners preferred (Mumbai-based candidates only)
Role Involves:
• Legal research on banking laws and regulatory frameworks
• Assisting in drafting and reviewing transaction documents
• Due diligence and preparation of transaction summaries
• Supporting regulatory compliance and filings
• Assisting in structuring and documentation of financing transactions
This is an assessment internship with potential long-term opportunities based on performance.
