The role involves advising banks, financial institutions, corporates, and borrowers on a wide range of financing transactions, regulatory matters, and structured finance work.
Mandatory Requirement
• 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in Banking & Finance Law
Key Exposure
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating financing documents
• Loan and security documentation
• Regulatory and compliance advisory
• Structured finance and transaction support
