Kabi & Associates invites applications for legal internships for March and April 2026.

We are a Delhi-based Arbitration Law Chamber, exclusively practising in construction arbitration, including claim preparation and documentation, pre-arbitral support, claim settlement, and contract advisory.

Eligibility

• Penultimate or final year students of a 3-year / 5-year LL.B. programme
• Demonstrated interest in arbitration, infrastructure, or commercial laws
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and documentation tools

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and finalising pleadings, applications, replies, and submissions before Arbitral Tribunals
• Conducting in-depth legal research on arbitration, contract law, construction law, and allied areas
• Preparing case briefs, legal notes, research memoranda, and chronologies
• Assisting in preparation for arbitral hearings, briefing, and document compilation
• Maintaining case files, trackers, and internal databases
• Attending client meetings and hearings (subject to confidentiality)
• Supporting the team with ancillary legal and administrative tasks
