About the Role
This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing all company secretarial, governance, and legal functions. The selected candidate will play a key strategic role in ensuring compliance, managing contracts, and advising management on corporate governance and regulatory matters.

Qualification: Mandatory Company Secretary (CS)

Experience: Minimum 10+ years in a leadership role, preferably in the Retail or Manufacturing industry

Compensation: Up to ₹30 LPA
