Key Responsibilities
• Review of Title Search Reports (TSR)
• Examination of title and property documents
• Liaising with empanelled advocates for property review and legal opinions
• Handling matters relating to property and mortgage laws
Preferred Profile
• Law Graduates with prior exposure to property laws
• Experience in banking / NBFC legal work will be an advantage
