Position Details
• Role: Legal Professional
• Experience: 1–2 years PQE
• Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements
• Drafting legal notices
• Conducting legal research
• Examination of title and property documents
• Coordination with business teams and external counsels
• Supporting litigation and regulatory matters, as required
• Managing legal documentation and records
Preference: Prior experience in contract and agreement drafting.
