About the Role
IFSCA is inviting applications for the position of Consultant Grade 2 Legal on a contractual basis. This senior role is designed for experienced legal professionals with a strong grounding in financial sector regulation, legislative drafting and policy analysis. The responsibilities include assisting in the development of regulatory frameworks, preparing draft regulations and consultation papers, examining legal issues arising across the financial ecosystem and supporting sectoral divisions on policy and compliance questions.
The position offers a consolidated monthly salary in the range of ₹1,45,000 to ₹2,65,000, reflecting the seniority and technical expertise required. There is one vacancy, based at the IFSCA Headquarters in GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
Eligibility

First class LL.B degree three year or five year

LL.M preferred

Minimum eight years of experience in legal practice or financial sector legal work

Strong command over regulatory frameworks, financial laws, capital markets, banking or securities laws

Demonstrated ability in drafting, analysis and policy work
