FourFold Legal is expanding its operations at the Noida office and is inviting applications for the role of HR Manager / Operations Head.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals experienced in HR, recruitment, and operations—especially within LPOs, legal organisations, or the banking sector.
Role Overview
The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Managing end-to-end HR and recruitment processes

Overseeing day-to-day office operations

Streamlining internal systems and workflow

Supporting organisational growth and team management
Eligibility & Skills
Applicants should ideally have:

Prior experience in LPO, legal, or banking industry

Strong HR and talent acquisition skills

Proven operational management experience

Ability to handle teams and optimise processes
Salary
₹60,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month
(or 10% higher than industry standards)
