A law firm based in Green Park, New Delhi is hiring an Associate to strengthen its Intellectual Property practice, with a specific focus on trademark, design and copyright work. This role is suited for IP professionals who have hands on exposure to prosecution work and are comfortable managing filings, formalities and client coordination independently.
About the Role
The firm is looking for candidates with one to four years of post qualification experience in intellectual property law. The work will primarily involve Trademark and Design Prosecution, including end to end handling of filings, responding to formalities, managing deadlines and supporting ongoing IP portfolios. Candidates may also work on copyright related matters depending on experience and client requirements.
This role requires technical proficiency in IP processes, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple filings and timelines efficiently.
