360 ONE is inviting applications for the position of Senior Manager / Associate Vice President – Legal for its Mumbai office (on-site). This role is suited for seasoned legal professionals with strong exposure to capital markets, private equity transactions, and financial sector regulatory advisory.
The position offers a comprehensive in-house mandate covering transactions, regulatory advisory, dispute management, and general corporate support within a fast-paced financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities
Transactions
• Handle legal aspects of private equity and pre-IPO investment transactions, including structuring, documentation, and due diligence
• Manage capital markets transactions such as IPOs, rights issues, QIPs, and preferential allotments
• Draft, review, and negotiate offer documents and transaction documentation
• Advise on SEBI regulations, Companies Act compliance, and stock exchange requirements
• Coordinate with merchant bankers, lead managers, and external counsel
• Support real estate investment transactions including title due diligence and documentation
• Manage client-facing and vendor agreements across portfolio management, broking, AIF, mutual fund, investment advisory, and wealth products
Dispute Management and Intellectual Property
• Oversee end-to-end litigation and dispute management
• Coordinate with external advocates and track case strategy
• Manage trademark portfolio and related IP matters
Regulatory and Legal Advisory
• Provide ongoing advisory to business teams
• Advise on SEBI, RBI, Companies Act, FEMA, and financial sector regulations
• Identify regulatory risks and implement mitigation strategies
General Corporate
• Draft and manage agreements across HR, IT, marketing, administration, and operations
• Ensure contract lifecycle management and policy compliance
Team Management
• Train and supervise assigned team members as required
Desired Qualifications & Experience
• LL.B. from a reputable university (LL.M. preferred)
• 7+ years PQE, preferably in NBFCs, merchant banking, financial services, investment funds, or reputed law firms
• Strong experience in wealth management and capital markets transactions including IPOs
• Proven exposure to transactional work, corporate contracts, and regulatory advisory
• Experience in VC investments and pre-IPO work is highly desirable
Key Skills
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and contract management ability
• Sound understanding of Indian corporate law, SEBI framework, and dispute resolution
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including external counsel
• Commercially pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
