Role Overview

Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts

Handling corporate agreements and investment documents
(SHA, SSA, STA, and related transaction documents) -
Legal research and analytical support

Advisory work in corporate and contract law
Eligibility & Requirements

LL.B. graduate
-
3–5 years experience in a similar legal or corporate role
-
Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
-
Solid understanding of contract law and corporate law
-
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced business environment
