Role Overview
The selected candidate will be involved in:
• Legal research and case strategy
• Preparing briefs and drafting pleadings
• Drafting and finalising legal documents independently
• Conducting effective and non-effective appearances before courts and tribunals
• Assisting in matters before District Courts, Tribunals, Delhi High Court, and Supreme Court
Required Legal Expertise
Candidates should have sound knowledge of:
• Code of Civil Procedure (CPC)
• Negotiable Instruments Act
• Commercial Courts Act
• Telecom and Broadcasting Laws
• Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC)
• Companies Act and related commercial laws
Strong research and drafting skills are essential, with the ability to independently handle and finalise drafts.
