Position Details
• Role: Senior Associate – Litigation
• Experience: 9–12 years PQE
• Qualification: LL.B.
• Location: B1/E9, First Floor, Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, New Delhi – 110044
Key Responsibilities
• Advising clients on litigation and regulatory matters
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating pleadings, commercial agreements, and dispute documentation
• Handling litigation, arbitration, and commercial disputes across courts and forums
• Identifying legal risks and providing practical, business-oriented solutions
• Contributing to legal strategies, templates, and best practices
• Supporting client engagement and business development initiatives
• Willingness to travel across India for conferences and professional engagements
Candidate Requirements
• Strong command over spoken and written English
• Extensive experience in litigation and dispute resolution
• Ability to work closely with clients and manage complex legal matters
