Sarvaank Associates is expanding its Corporate & Transactions practice and is looking to onboard a Senior Associate (Corporate / Private Equity – Venture Capital) for its New Delhi office.
About the Role
This position is ideal for a lawyer who enjoys being close to the deal and working hands-on with founders, early- and growth-stage companies, PE/VC funds, and investors. The role involves exposure to investments, M&A transactions, fund matters, and corporate–regulatory advisory.
At Sarvaank Associates, Senior Associates are entrusted with real ownership of workstreams and engage directly with clients.
Eligibility & Requirements

3–5 years PQE in Corporate / PE–VC / M&A
-
Mandatory law firm experience

Strong drafting and negotiation skills

Sound understanding of the Companies Act, FEMA, and SEBI regulations
