About the Role
PFI is hiring a Research Associate – Parliamentary Affairs for a full-time, in-office role in New Delhi, working closely with a Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament from Delhi. This position offers hands-on exposure to legislative research, parliamentary processes, and political communication.
Key Responsibilities

Research policy issues, upcoming Bills, and political developments

Draft parliamentary questions, Bill briefs, and legislative notes

Prepare committee meeting briefs with key insights and summaries

Assist in drafting speeches, press releases, and communication materials
Eligibility & Requirements

Experience: 2–3 years in legislative, parliamentary, or public policy work

Strong research and drafting skills

Languages: Fluency in Hindi and working proficiency in English
