About the Role
The position involves handling High Court and arbitral tribunal matters, with responsibility for strategy, client advisory, and end-to-end case management. The role also includes mentoring junior associates and contributing to team development.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle matters before High Courts and Arbitral Tribunals
• Draft pleadings including writs, appeals, claims, and related documents
• Develop litigation strategy and advise clients
• Manage full case lifecycle independently
• Mentor and guide junior team members
Ideal Candidate
• LL.B with Bar Council enrolment
• 6–10 years of litigation experience
• Strong exposure to High Court practice and arbitration
• Ability to independently manage complex matters
• Leadership capability and mentoring experience
