Key Responsibilities / Role Requirements:
• Handling trademark prosecution and opposition matters
• Familiarity with work patterns of the Trademarks Office
• Understanding of Trademark Rules, 2017 (applications, oppositions, rectifications)
• Supporting attorneys in trademark searches
• Preparing affidavits of use
• Independently corresponding with clients and providing updates
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
Eligibility & Requirements:
• 2–6 years of relevant experience in trademark-related work
• Practical knowledge of trademark procedures and filings
• Strong communication and client-handling abilities
