Position: Senior Associate
Practice Area: DRT & DRAT
Location: Delhi
Mode: On-site
Key Responsibilities
Handling matters before DRTs and DRATs, including connected High Court proceedings
Drafting pleadings, appeals, applications, affidavits, and written submissions in banking and recovery disputes
Managing matters independently, including client coordination and briefing senior counsel
Applying a strong understanding of banking laws, recovery mechanisms, and procedural law
Proficiency in e-filing, cause list management, and legal documentation tools
Preparing clear, precise, and well-structured pleadings with excellent written and spoken English
