About the Role
Dentons Link Legal is inviting applications for the position of Paralegal in its Trademarks & Designs department. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in trademark and design prosecution who are looking to work with high-volume domestic and international IP portfolios.

Paralegal – Trademarks & Designs
Experience Required
1–2 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities

Managing the complete lifecycle of trademark and design matters, including:

Filing applications
-
Responding to examination reports and office actions
-
Handling oppositions
-
Processing renewals, recordals, and assignments
-

Assisting with Madrid Protocol filings, WIPO formality requirements, and coordination with foreign counsel

Preparing and maintaining docketing systems for deadlines, renewals, and prosecution updates
-
Conducting preliminary knock-out searches and assisting in preparation of search summaries
-
Drafting client communications and handling routine procedural queries
-
Coordinating with internal teams, clients, and global associates
Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of trademark procedures and WIPO systems
-
Excellent drafting and communication skills
-
Ability to manage high-volume portfolios under strict deadlines

Close attention to detail and strong document management skills
